Greystone estates is a beautiful, established, friendly neighborhood with mature trees in Lenexa, Kansas. We have a homeowner's association that manages the maintenance of the common grounds and pool. There is a wide variety of age groups and lifestyles ranging from young families to retirees. With our friendly neighbors, well maintained private swimming pool and grounds, new residents will soon feel at home.

**Good Neighbor Policy**
Great neighbors make a great neighborhood. We all play a part, and here are some things to do:
- Keep yards free of trash & unsightly debris
- Keep lawns mowed, raked and looking good, especially when a neighbor's home is for sale
- Wait until after 8 am during the week or 9 am on weekends to mow grass, blow leaves and use power tools
- Please wait until dusk to take your garbage cans and recycling bins to the curb for pickup the following day
- Bring garbage cans and recycling bins in from the curb as soon as possible after Deffenbaugh has been here
- Keep trees trimmed so that limbs don't fall on a neighbor's house or in their yard
- Call dogs in when they bark for more than a few minutes at a time
- Clean up after your dog when you go walking and stay out of neighbors' yards
- Park vehicles in your driveway or garage whenever possible, and please make sure they are not in someone else's way
- Try to resolve conflicts civilly and before reporting a neighbor to the board or the city
